"I purchased this thrower this past winter with the reports of 2-3 feet of snow coming (it was the last blower of any kind that they had). I knew I wanted electric as I didn't want to worry around with gas. This little guy performed great! As my other neighbors pulled out there big gas blowers or ATVs, I plugged mine in and went to work lol! I'm sure my neighbors were laughing inside until I got to work. The Snow Joe cleared my drive in about 20 minutes, what would normally take me 45min of hard labor with the shovel. It also easily cleared the snow 15-20 feet depending on the density of the snow. It was also great because it is portable. I was able clear my garage then carry it through the house and out to my fairly large deck and clear that off too (my dogs appreciated it)"

"Was only able to try for a little bit after the big snow.I think it's a little more powerful than the Toro and also bigger! Don't have that much to snow blow (30 feet of driveway and about 20 feet of sidewalk) but with 3 back surgeries and a knee replacement, it really makes the job a lot easier than a shovel!"

"This was the second snow this winter. it was 12 inches of wet snow. it took awhile but i did get my 100 foot driveway done. earlier in January it handled 4 inches just fine. I think its fine for use if you don't get very many heavy snows. otherwise I would recommend getting a more powerful blower. to do 12 inches I had to go slow and not force it thru the snow. I did about half a row at a time. I did like that it was electric. easy start. considering my age this sure beats shoveling by hand. so far I"m very happy with this Blower."
